Common login issues
Discord login redirects but does not finish:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try another browser or an incognito window
- Confirm JavaScript is enabled and you use HTTPS
- Compare Discord redirect URI with config.php exactly
Email verification and password reset
- Check spam/junk and add the sender to contacts
- Request a new verification or reset email
- Links often expire after about 10 minutes
- Use the exact email address on the account
Display and content issues
Blank or stale display:
- Check network on the display device and refresh the display URL
- Confirm the screen is published/active and scheduled correctly
- Restart the player device if needed
Images: prefer high resolution, keep files reasonable in size, use JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP as supported, and re-upload if a file looks corrupt.
Performance issues
- Reduce heavy media, too many simultaneous widgets, or oversized videos
- Test on a wired connection when Wi-Fi is unstable
- Close unused browser tabs on the player device
Error messages
- 403/access denied: check login role and permissions
- 404 on docs or screens: confirm the clean URL and that LSWS was restarted after .htaccess changes
- 500 errors: check PHP/error logs without exposing secrets
