Account security
- Use a strong unique password (12+ characters with mixed character types)
- Enable MFA / passkeys when available on your account
- Sign out shared browsers after admin work
- Review Activity Logs for unexpected logins
Platform controls
Admins can suspend accounts, clear MFA in emergencies, and force password resets from Manage user.
- Prefer least privilege: grant admin only when needed
- Keep OAuth apps restricted to the official redirect URLs
- Treat support emails as sensitive if they include account identifiers
